JL Audio 10w3v3 vs. 10w6v2

I currently have a 10w3v3 4 ohms. I have 1/2 my 425 hcca running a bridged mode to it. My guess it's getting somewhere aroung 125 watts.

I am thinking about getting a 10w6v2 dual 4ohm. If I do that the I can run the amp at 2 ohm mono. The sub would see about 250 watts.

The enclosure is a down firing .70 cu. ft. sealed.

Any thoughts? Thanks.
