Jl 450/4 And mini dsp questions

For some reason when I set gains on channel 3/4 to 20 v channel 4 gives me 20 channel 3 shows 10 v. Channel 1 and 2 show very small voltage but all speakers work. With 3 at 10 v and 4 at 20 v one woofe4 is putting out double the power . Could something be set wrong on the dsp?

Could be the hardware. Could be loose connections. Could be Eq settings on one side and not the other.
