Jl 12W3 how's the SPL??

i read that the w3's have nice SQ, and i'm about to get a pair. however, i also want something that'll hit really hard. I atleast want to hear my system from like 100-200 yards away when it's loud, and like 200 feet when it's at a normal sound level. can the w3's do that for me??
