jetta low voltage with ho alternator

okay just jumped off my moms altima (110A alternator and a group34 yellowtop) ran just off her battery and then with both cars running...voltage still dropped.checked continuity from front to back for all power/ground runs everythings good.i guess that rules out the battery and alternator in my car i checked all the stock and added big 3 grounds everythigns good.

still not solved =[ possibly thinking one or two of the ground wires to the amps was charred when i grounded out in the rear?

since i have all 3 amps grounded back to front batt, could one of them have a bad ground (do to them grounding out a while ago) at high current because the voltage only drops when when i turn my two substage amplifiers on and crank the substage volume?
