Sounds like your Main bearing is going out if you have gone though that many clutches..
My 300k mile Isuzu pickup had just enough Main Bearing play that it would destroy a throw out bearing every 30k miles.

My old throw-out bearing wasn't lubed properly, which is why it went bad.

Now, I checked the input shaft bearing when I pulled the transmission a few days ago, there was NO play, at all.

But why when the clutch is pushed it, the noise goes away?

No oil pressure gauge, but I'd imagine I have an oil pressure light.

And when I push the clutch in, RPM load doesn't change.
