Can it be run at 2 ohms? What is it's rated power at 2 ohms? I couldn't find the answer to either of these questions on JBL's website.

Mine was rated at 687x2 @ 2ohms.

Someone explain to me how you get 2 channels out of a mono amp.

Its a parallel-bridgable amp. You can run it 2-ch, or mono.
