JBL Basspro, What is it?

The website which gave the details of the basspro is down, im sure its out there someone on the net but they dont give reviews.

So what is the JBL basspro? (what does it do as well)

Is it any good?

Is there anything better?

Is it worth the money? ( will there be a significant difference in sq/spl?)

it looks kinda funky. I doubt it pounds, but JBL is quite reliable.
