JBL Audio SUCKS!

thats probably the only reason he was even on hold for so long.
i hope he realizes that when you're dealing with customer service over a phone, you are pretty much at the mercy of them. its just like when you're a dick at a restaurant...do you really expect them to tend to your every need, bring you your food in a timely manner, guarantee that your food wasn't ****ed with, or even that you got the proper proportions?
i hate it when sometimes my girlfriend gets an attitude with people at the drive thru window or when ordering pizza. im like seriously they work in food service they dont give a **** if they get fired!!! you cant see them making your food therefore they could be doing anything to it!

because you crank the volume all the way up and than biatch when the stuff breaks. I could do that too but my pockets arent deep enough to do dumb things like that.

 
the interweb doesn't hurt me lol. jbl still ****en sucks. after trouble shooting for a few days now I can add it to my resume just like the sucky idmaxs.

jbl tech support ****en sucks. at least Idmax offered to replace them sucks subwofers. I can't even get through to jbl ****en loser company with no support!

You are a mess man, I have never heard anyone rant about customer service like you. If you talk polite and don't do stuff like this you will get answers and help to your problem

FYI: At a point in time I owned 6 set of maxes. After it blew up I sold it in a quickness. the rest is history.

 
Why do you guys even bother replying to OP? He obviously has no idea what he's doing and he's proven this in many other threads. Don't waste your time and energy to argue with this guy.
