Trying to get my px300.4 serviced.

have been on hold for 1 hour. the amp is going into protection mode at max headunit volume. The idiots at JBL must have 1 person working!

I have the Polk SR5250 hoooked to the px300 with CD5000 headunit!

wow we are stupid and yet you can not figure out what to turn down.....if the amplifier only goes in to protect when the head unit is at max volume then it is likely getting to great of an input signal. so turn it down homie

i was suggesting the HU is clipping at max volume, not the amp clipping

no voltage drops because the headunit is not shutting off. the amp shuts off and turns back on. gain settings very low **** JBL!

you seriously think the h/u is going to automatically shut off if the voltage drops enough to put the amp into protect? Man you are IGNORANT
