Hi Guys
New to the forum and need some advice to help hopefully fix my audio set up in my motor.
I recently bought a complete boot build for my motor from another car the same as mine. Had a nice boot build that was made to go straight into it . consist of 1 j l audion 600 1v3 mono amp and a jl audio 400/4 amp for the door speakers . All has been fine for about 2 months but now suddenly , the mono 600 amp refuses to run . If i switch the motors power on / remove the 50amp fuse fom the circuit / then refit it , i get the amp power up but for only a fews seconds . Then it shuts down completely with no led lights . I can get it to power up again but only if i again remove the fuse and re set it while powered. Cant find anything wrong and im currently trying to find somewere to fix it , Was hoping that maybe with some ideas i might be able to fix it myself unless the amp had been seriously damaged . I did change a few settings the day before to tune it and did turn down the gain as set really high but not sure what else/ Maybe i caused the problem. Fingers crossed i can reverse it .
Thanks for the time , Looking at getting the system bigger and better soon so this seems a good place to start ..
