I wish I would have never spent my money on watching avatar, I fell asleep through some of it. I expected A LOT better and obviously the money they put into marketing the movie I think had a huge affect on people wanting to watch it.

i'm pretty sure i'd fall asleep during it as well...so i decided to save my money....

The only reason everyone went to see it is because people knew it was made by the same director as Titanic. I don't think the marketing had anything to do with it, apart from people hyping up the movie.
