Re-Installing Windows

I did system recovery and it keeps installing Windows onto the drive with 4gbs instead of the 200gb harddrive. How do I override it. There is no option for me to pick which harddrive I want.

They named the 4 gb one C drive and the empty 200gb one D with the recovery stuff on the 200gb one. I need it the other way around

Burn a copy of windows onto a cd or dvd and install it from there using ur current cd key
