I don't know some places have like 3 or 7 day eviction processes it really all depends on where you live. Here in MA people can drag it out for months and months but I believe in FL you can get a 7 day eviction via sheriff.

pretty sure a co-worker had to wait 30 days for the sheriff. which is gey IMO. it's your house, if someone lives there and NEVER pays the fckin bills, why do they get another free month?

I rent my basement to a friend. If I wanted him out, his sh!t would be at the curb and the locks changed ASAP. No need for a sheriff or paperwork. Why are people such punk a$$ bishes? Handle your self like a man and people will not punk you.

**** man, sorry to hear. Thankfully I just got my alarm installed this past weekend. It is a must! Especially with high dollar equipment inside.

Don't always protect your car. Had an LCD 2-Way and a back up crimestopper and they got my car. If they are good enough, they will take what they want.
Best alarm for me......watch where I play it and don't deck my car out anymore and hide everything.
