lol...One of the cops that reported to my call actually lives in my neighborhood. One evening he was walking his dog out of uniform and witnessed a 11 and 12 year old stealing bicycles. He said he imagined that is what happened to mine.

My apologies, I just skimmed over all of the racial profiling shenanigans. But still, the bluff could still work. ask him Deer for fingerprints. Say they found some. If he stalls and stutters.. its pretty obvious.

I didn't call my dad up here. I called him and told him my system got stolen. he asked if roomie had paid any rent for November and I told him no. He then came to evict him. Not my job to evict him. Dad owns the house, not me.

He had three days. Parents didn't want me here when he was moving out..Just got back here tonight...A friend of ours who is helping us through the eviction and getting the rent money from his check process told us a few things to check for...She owns rental houses and said a lot of times they will keep a window unlocked to get back in..What do you know, his window was open and unlocked....... Dad is changing all locks in the house tomorrow.

What is funny is how you have to have your dad fight legal issues.

No, he got evicted because he couldn't pay rent. We originally worked out a plan in September about his due dates. Cut him some slack .Each month he kept getting further and further behind. It was to the point where he couldn't pay for November until the third week in December. This shit doesn't fly around here. The guy is working two jobs and can't afford $350 a month? Come on..

Heh he'd probably kill himself.

Now an update since I have been gone.

We found more indirect evidence he was an accessory, which I will not discuss here. There is also a lot more to this than we initially thought. He called my other room mate Wednesday night. They talked an hour. The entire time the evicted room mate kept telling my other room mate he was asleep the entire time that night. Caught him in a lie right there. He ate half of my room mates pizza between the time we left the house to go to the girl's and when we got home that morning. He also knew we were gone. He wouldn't have known that had he been asleep. He told my room mate he thought we uninstalled my system Monday night..yeah, we broke my window to uninstall my system and happened to leave the hatch open for the battery to drain. He didn't bother to even tell me my sh1t was gone. Walked right by it like everything was normal.

Heres where it gets good. The investigator met up with him on Wednesday.Room mate had to go work so he didn't get questioned right then. All we can think of is that he was on probation or something. We always noticed he was scared shitless of cops, and said a few times "he was trying to get back on his feet". He didn't have a car, and I never once saw a driver's license. Two of his "friends" from high school just got killed a few weeks back from a drug deal gone bad. My room mate had 2 jobs and couldn't afford $350 a month rent...A lot of his money was going somewhere...

A list of things missing from the house minus my system..Lacoste shirt, lacoste cap, cds, cooler, and spoons. Yes, teaspoons. Everytime we approached him, get got defensive and even hostile towards us.

Good news is, I believe I will be able to find my system. Noone around here has FI or anything really of this magnitude that got stolen. My best friend used to work here at wal-mart pushing buggys and got in real good with a lot of the black guys who worked there. They were all into donks/rims/systems and what not. They are the crew who hang out at the car wash showing off their new system, bumping music, etc. My friend is going to talk to them all soon and ask around. He said they will snitch for cash in a heartbeat.

I am putting out fliers at the carwashes and what not, and offering a cash reward. Every car audio shop in the area will also be eligible for the same cash reward. As well as the pawn shops. I am willing to dish out a fair amount of cash to get to the bottom of this.

The hardest thing will be to keep my cool and don't do anything stupid if I do in fact find my system. Investigator told me to just tell him and back off.

One last comment. To all you fkers that said I deserved to have upwards of $1500 of stolen items/ damage to my vehicle. FUCK you. I had to work for my vehicles/car audio system. I wouldn't wish this upon anybody really.

I sincerely hope yall's vehicle breaks down on the side of the road, than catches on fire, while you are on the way to the hospital to visit your mother who just recently got diagnosed with a fatal cancer.

I should have. I picked up the police report and the 3 prints they couldn't use according to the report. One of them was too old, one of them wasn't complete, and the other was just the side of the palm where they looked in the back glass.

The cops said they could tell where they wiped their prints off.

Our homeowner's insurance will partially cover the items/damage since the vehicle was parked under the carport.
