Found this local for cheap....

Pros:

T3 is/was made by TC Sounds, yes or no?

Coils read good enough and are the config I need (dual 2ohm)

Back of the motor is chipped but the slugs are all still aligned. No coil rubs when I press it.

Cons:

Some aesthetic blemishes.

Not sure if I have enough airspace or power (looking like 3-4cubs gross max, have 1400w rms @ 1ohm to play with)

Possible sag.

Thoughts on the price of this or specs?

Any idea of rms, best box specs, or value?

I don't want to give away the price here, but it's pretty appealing.

Its not a t1000 the t1000 is a 2.5in coil and crappy woofer this is the older tss that is 1000wrms and 3in coil just a quick google search will pull up the t3 site with ts specs and box recommendations. 12s 2.3 cu 15s 3.1cu

closer to an atomic sub than tc sounds. parts was clearing these out for under 100 iirc. that had spider issues on the t1000. but with a nice recone def a mean subwoofer.

It did look a little more like a 3in coil. Will go back and double check. Possible spider sag. Coils were reading right at 2.0 ohms, might explain that.

This one is at $139. Might be a lot of woofer for cheap...

Edit: yup, def the tss

Man if I had to I wouldn't pay $50 for it. It's going to need a recone soon if not now

My buddy bought it, he's gonna borrow my mmats 1400 (my install has been delayed anyways) and beat the **** out of it until it fails, the recone it with psi parts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Those subs are 400w RMS each, and that dual enclosure is 800w RMS with a 2ohm load. That's a 4ch amp that does 55w x 4 @ 4ohm, & 75w x 4 @ 2ohm...
