Is this sub any good?

Oh yeah, I used to see those all the time at flea markets back in the early 90's/late 80's. The even had a clear cone once upon a time. Don't have any specs on them, but they were ...meh. Basically if you couldn't get kickers or fosgates or orions you got bumpers.

 
My old bumper 8's were louder than my old kicker 8's back in the day. LOL

BTW those kickers were so old they didn't say kicker on them, they just said Stillwater designs. LOL

What is your budget? With being exposed to Rain.. I would recommend looking at a marine grade SAS Bazooka for the sub stage

Don't forget Hoffman's Iron Law. You can have 2 of the 3: low end, efficiency/sensitivity or small enclosure size...
