I have that HU. I really like it. No problems yet. I mainly have my ipod attached to it. The userability for the ipod control takes some getting used to, but isn't too bad after you play with it for a while. As far as the rest goes, I can't speak from experience, but I have heard that Kenwood makes crappy amps. Sub can't be too bad at only $70. But you could probably get a lot more bang for your buck if you shop the classifieds.

OP, I could point you in the direction of a nice, well rounded little system for less than $600 (cd player, components, subwoofer & amplifier...all bnib).
