Dear lord, mm again!

To be safe, I'd go with a 90mm width instead of 60mm. 60mm is a big on the small side, 90mm is a nice safe #.

But the second port side shouldn't matter. It looks fine.

Oh come on, we keep increasing the port area! 34 sq.in. should be enough. It's even bigger than MTX's suggested one.

as long as that is all the necessary port are then no it is not a problem

Umm, yeah, suggested length is 480mm for given port area. I see no reason why I should increase port area along with box volume to get a longer 2nd port part...
