1) where would I have to set my subsonic filter on my amp?

2) I notice that the box is rather small,would the sub struggle in an enclosure with 3 cuft?

3) could I get any sq from an enclosure that size at that tuning frequency?

That enclosure should be okay in the SPL department and SQ department. You won't have large output under 35 hz, however, so if you are into really deep bass like myself, that is not the box for you. Not to mention that it is prefab, and i have never had good experiences with prefab.

If you have time to make your own, that would be the best thing to do, however, that box should work okay for what you want. You want your subsonic filter at around 20 hz.

set subsonic filter at 36hz

sub will not struggle in 3 cubes

smaller box is good for SQ but its tuned at 37. should get pretty loud but the low lows shouldnt be played on it.
