Hi guys I'd just like to make sure that this is all I need to set up a subwoofer. I just want to buy a neat package. I just bought a head unit and will be the sub, box and amp very soon. This will be used with a max for 400 watts

PLEASE don't buy the pyle kit.....spend the litle extra $ and get the kicker or something similar. a system is almst always only as good as it's wiring just as a sub is only as good as it's box.....IMO

The Pyle's ok for the cost, but the Knu kit is better, and about the same price.

Certainly nothing wrong with the kicker, but for 400w you don't need to spend $60.

I used a $15 boss 8 gauge kit running 500 rms with negligible voltage drop from battery to amp...you really don't need an amazing $50 dollar kit when you aren't running much power. If you're gonna spend the money, get a 4 gauge or 0 gauge kit so you don't have to upgrade again when you get a nicer amp/subs in the future
