Is this a good first setup / compatible and well complimented setup? (first system)

Headunit, Boss BV7945B (single dim, bluetooth, 3.6" screen and dvd capable)

Amp Mono, Hifonics Brutus BRZ1700.1D

Amp 4 chan, Hifonics Zeus ZXi80.4 (does this have enough power to run my 4 door speakers?)

Speakers front, Alpine SPR-60 components 6 1/2

Speakers rear, Alpine spr-60 coaxial 6 1/2

Subs, x2 alpine swr-1243D type R

So what do you guys think, total of 1620rms power. Anyting you guys would change or does it all look good?

Ok so boss arn't that good for head units then?, I wouldn't mind bluetooth, i dont have any real reasons for needing it just something to have i guess. I have a 90 honda civic and it has 2 single dims. the first one is below the control console and is set in by like 1-2 cm's, then the second one is below the first one and inset another cm or so, This means i cant have a pop out screen, unless it fully slides out then up, so i can get an extra 3-5 cms clearance then normal ones, (but havn't seen any).

So i wouldnt mind having a little screen thats colour and has dvd support even if it is small.

So the question is, does anyone have any suggestions os similar headunits that are fairly good?

Is that the Pioneer Premier DEH-P980BT? If so its like $500 and a little more then i want to spend. I can probally go up to $300 on the headunit.

wouldnt i be better of spending the extra $40 and getting a full powered 4 channel amp rather then the power pack?

I dont mind the alpine headunit, but ive already got quite a bit of alpine in my selection and my 2 friends already have that alpine headunit so id like to be a little diff on the headunit. Ill see what i can find with the kenwoods

$40 plus a distro block plus a wiring kit plus rca cable plus pushing your electrical harder.... and that little alpine will sound better the that zxi

hey guys, if i go with the x2 alpine type R's, would i be better going with 4 ohms and running them with 1700amp or getting 2ohm subs and running them at 2ohm power giving 1200 amps. I think 2ohm power is cleaner isnt it? Or would the 500 extra make up for it and sound better?
