Is this a good amp setup for my highs - just wondering ...

Going 3 way active - So I got a 4ch PPI amp that does about 90w rms per channel (tested) that I am going to use for my mids (4) and an MB Quart Onyx 4.60 that does about 55w rms per channel (bench tested) that I would like to use for my tweeters (6). Both going thru a 3 way active crossover (Planet Audio EC20B).

I think with the proper adjustment it would be clean, hella loud and balanced. Any experienced installers think this a good setup for my highs as well?

Are you doing a true 3 way active setup, meaning band passing the mids?

Where are you getting the low pass filter for the upper end on the mids?

I'm gettin the BP from the amp for mids it has HP/LP/BP - yeah cos the EC20B does not have BP - the 4 high channels are all HP except one set is up to 8Khz (for tweets)....

I'm gonna play around with it and see how it sounds either way BP or HP since there is also an Audiocontrol EQS in the system which the mids, tweet and lows have their EQ settings. I love that thing!!
