is this a decent set-up?

Greetings, all. I'm thinking of hooking up Eclipse 6 1/2 doors, model SP8962, off a Pioneer head unit, model DEHP4500. Plus an Eclipse amp, #EA3422 or EA3532. I'm stuck with whether to add another set up Eclipse 6 1/2 to the back, or run a 10" subwoofer. The setup is going into a '03 Chevy S10 ext cab, and my question is can I get good midbass of the 6 1/2's, or should I put in the sub?

THe head unit has only 1pair of pre-outs, can I run a 4 or 5 channel amp off that, or do I need more outs? Thanks for the time and the advice.
