Those specs dont say what the voltage was. Probably some where at 16v or higher. At the standard voltage in a car you wont see anything close to that.

Pas Mag states the voltages in the review (13.14 & 12.99, respectively)
Car Audio mag states the mono output figure is @ 12.6V, and given industry standards it's reasonable to assume the stereo figures are 14.4V or less (the full article might say, but I don't have access to the magazine version)
Car Sound states in the review it was tested at 14.4V
