is the sundown audio sax-125.2 too much for a pair of Polk audio dB6501?

Heard good things about both products. But I'm sure that amp does more than it's rated power. I'm thinking if I set the gains appropriately everything will work fine but I wanna hear that a more helpful tips from the vets here. Thanks in advance.

You can set your gains lower to make up for the lack of power handling. Nothing wrong with using an amp that has a lot of headroom, and that power will be there if needed when you upgrade your components.
