Coke formula is different in Asia. Tastes better made with something other than corn syrup. Being from the South, I call everything Coke, regardless of the brand on the label. My favorite Coke is RC.

Was TC Sounds incorporated? If so, I can't see anyone losing their house over this unless the house was bought by the company. The whole point of incorporating is to protect personal assets from business losses. You can only lose what you have in it unless convicted of fraud.

As far as credit, unless parts were purchased on personal credit (doubt it) the credit rating stays with the corporation (again anyone not incorporating a large-ish business venture is a moron) not with the manager/owner.

well i talked with Tilo a few minutes ago and according to him this is all completely untrue... they are moving into a new shop and will be up and operating again next week... think what you want, im not gonna belive any of this until i see some real proof
