Is TC Sounds Inc. done forever?

$11k isn't much to buy a business with an array of patents and a building. But like I said about 4 times, what they actually have is the big question for potential investors.
im pretty doubtful they own the building. in fact, i would feel very confident in saying that there is about a 1% chance of them owning the building. they probably own a lease to use the building, but thats just more negative equity.

He, that name is badass..."Mo Big Moofas".
How much to buy it off of you.

I can guarantee they are in deeper then 11k. You dont go bankrupt over 11,000$.
agreed

if this is true. this posting is only from the magnet supplier, theres the rest of the parts left that are still left to determine if they were "purchased" under the same circumstances.

never know i guess, we'll see.

ED had stiffed customers, wonder if they stiffed suppliers as well. If so somebody has been in the red and come back out of it (not with a good rep, but came out of it none the less).

The new creation of audiopulse and the selling of AP at PE is interesting timing. All speculation and I'm dumb on this stuff. But if this rumor is true could it be a move to continue product under a different corporation name to move away from debt?

I think some of you guys have a bad memory... releasing the 'new' coke was one of the best thing that ever happened to the company.

Pepsi was doing better than Coke for the first time in history, Coke panicked and changed their formula, everyone realized how much they missed the old coke, Coca Cola Classic was 're-released' and they regained the #1 spot from Pepsi rather easily. One of the best marketing blunders in history.

i dont see why, ill take pepsi over coke any day

So from all this I gather that TC created the AP name so that TC itself could go bankrupt and they could walk away basically unharmed under there new name(audioPulse)

Creditors have a hard time forgiving such greivences. On a second note, does anyone remember when Onkyo dumped all their subs/drivers on Parts Express when their buildhouse closed down ? I remember //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
