is JBL W12GTi, better than JL w7?

THEY TOLD ME ABOUT THE JBL GTI series, and I'm impressed but which one is better in loudness no matter the SQ, only loudness, which one would sound louder with a 1200JBL amp, the JBL W12GTI, the JL W7, or the RF POWER HX2? PLEASE HELP, THIS IS THE LAST DAY THAT I HAVE TO DECIDE, OR IF YOU HAVE BETTER IDEAS IM OPEN MINDED.

Deffinately a DD setup if you're only interested in SPL but if you want a blend I would sudgest stepping over to a Brahma or Triple X.

yeah everyone on here is gonna suggest pretty much the same ole stuff b/c it is simply great woofers. mainly spl as mentioned before DD subs are the way to go except i know of a certain SPL master hitting more with his XXX than his 3515's.

The JBL has serious potential ( not to start a major debate ) The few I have heard were in these tiny ported boxes not even close to spec.. I was unimpressed.. If someone had actually taken the time to build the correct enclosure it would have pounded. I am certain of it.. But for that price no flipping way.. You could **** near have two Brahmas and they would decimate it without a doubt.

Now to get back to the subject.. The JBL definately has the potential to be much louder but cannot hold a candle to the W7 for SQ.. Way too much money still.. Money is better spent elsewhere.
