Is it possible to add an Aux input in 2002 Audi S8 W/ Factory Navigation?

I have a 2002 Audi s8 with factory navigation and a "Symphony II" in dash radio/CD changer.

I would like to add an aux input for mp3 players, sat radio, ect. I thought I had found what I was looking for with the Audi Auxiliary Input Adapter Converter (AUD-AUX) but after ordering I realized it is not compatible with vehicles with the factory navigation installed. I have the 13 pin connector in the trunk that is needed and it's currently connected to nothing, so I thought I was golden.

Does anybody know a way around this issue. I never use the navigation (changer is also located in the trunk) and would have no issue with getting rid of it.

Any advice would be much appreacated.

Cheers
