is it ok to wire subs in series like this

which picture is right? or is both of them right?

befor i had the wires connecting from sub to sub Inside the box, which made it so you cannot see if the wires were connected or not if they came loose... now i thoguht instead i could wire them together from the ouside of the box... just makign sure if its okay to wire like this, or is it okay do wire them both ways? inside box or outside thebox

Well, your illustration is a little bad, but heres what needs to be done

On each sub, wire the - of voice coil 1 to the + of voice coil 2, then connect the 2 remaining leads to the terminals.

but my question is can i wire them up together from outside of the subwoofer box? or do they ahve to be wired up from the inside of the box where the wires arent visable?

there is 2 termals + - connected to the other + - on the side of the box, or do those 2 wires have to be connected inside the box? or does it not matter?

both ways are correct, as long as all the wires are led to the proper place.
