Is IKE SOUND Really that BAD???

Im in the process of getting screwed by Ikesound right now actually. Amp ordered December 30th. As of today 1-19-06 STILL NO AMP... waited for 3 weeks with out any repsonse to emails or phone calls. Finally I had my dad call during the noon hour and they finally answered. They diddnt have my amp in stock and (he said) diddnt sound like they planned on telling me (this was monday the 17th. Sent me an email monday asking if i wanted the BX1505 instead of my ordered TX1505. I said yes and thats the last ive heard of them. No tracking number, email confirmation ect. Ive been so fugging frusterated with these bastards

Sounds famaliar to me. I have had many problems with them. They sent the wrong subs, sent them back and waited 3 weeks. Finally called and got some lady that could barley speak english. She said the woofers are now on back order. Was like, why didnt you guys tell me this sooner with an email or phone call, anything. They kept making excuse after excuse. I will never ever order from them again. Great prices, yes. Shitty service, yep one of the worst I have ever delt with. Hope you had better luck than me. Well I sent an E-mail to them yesterday about the KENWOOD 'XXV-03A'

I asked them if they are new or refurbed for the price.

yes ALWAYS CALL before putting in an order. Make sure they have IN STOCK what you want. if not then they will sit on your order forever waiting for the part. BUT they don't take your money till its shipping so you can't complain that they took your money and then never sent any thing out. If they did then thats would be grounds for a beef. Call the BBB. It seems that people with legit claims that have contacted or informed Ikes that the BBB would be contacted had their orders fixed quickly.

She diddnt even try to argue or convince me to buy from there! Just said alright! Overall summary: Good prices, absoloutley terrrible customer service!!!!!!!!! Never seen worse.

My advice to you is to get a website like cardomain.com to match Ikesounds price. Thats the only thing their good for IMO

I ordered a Pioneer HU from them on Christmas day and they still haven't sent it. They even emailed me saying that they were going to ship it out soon like 2 weeks ago and it still isn't. It's all BS with them. I'd never even consider buying anything from them again.

Holy shit you kidding man?! they been (BEEN) in business for a long time already and sell a TON of stuff. They sell so much stuff that if you don't want to wait for a certain item then they don't hassle you to cancel your order. Now if you would have called before placing the order you would have known they didn't have the amp and you could have ordered something else or shopped else where.

That's exactly how they're able to stay in business.....they bait people in with their prices.
