Is IKE SOUND Really that BAD???

This will be my second amp from them. I have a perfectly good Orion 8004 that I bought off them about a month ago or less. Looks new and no problems.

I'll let ya know about the amp i'm ordering today.

I've heard numerous horror stories about Ikesound as well, but never actually ordered from them myself.

If alot of folks don't like Ikesound, can you list who you DO like to order from online?

I dunno if I understand...if they issue you a tracking number, your item will be on its way to you.

If they don't, they probably didn't ship it and you should just get your money back.

They answer their phones so all you have to do is give them a call? I just had such good experiences with them, that's the only reason I'm almost surprised to hear all this...

I always call ahead before putting in an order.

EVERY business is going to have some bad moments. When was the last time a business NEVER sold something that was broken or not working right. Hell go to best buy and see all the crap being returned for one reason or another. IKES sell a lot of refurb amps. A business that sells used/refurbed units is bound to have some bad eggs get out their doors from time to time. For the most part IKES is a kick *** shop that sells quality stuff at a fraction of its original cost. There are literely thousands of happy customers. I was recently apart of another car audio site and they love IKES so much that if you say anything bad about IKES they flame the hell out of you. Thats not cool, BUT it goes to show there are others that love that store.

If by burned you mean I get a bad amp? then no. I knew what I was getting myself into when I chose to order a refurb from them. I have talked to them on the phone many times now and if I received a bad amp, (though bummed I'd be) I'd send it back for a replacement.

Now if you mean burned as in: They sent me a bad amp then ignored me all together for the RMA then Yes I would have a change of heart. So far though they have been very easy to work with and I never have a problem getting through on the phone or email. they (Laura always responds to my emails quickly)

Yeah anything is possible but I'm not gonna blow them off because "some " people have had bad experiences when I know way more people have had good experiences including myself.

i ordered a Directed 1500D from them, i made sure they had it in stock and i had it the next day because im in FL. i was alittle worried because of all the stories but my experience went smoothly.

I've ordered several things from them. Orion amps, Pioneer decks, Kenwood decks, Clarion decks, Kicker amps, etc throughtout the past 2 years and haven't had any problems.

Thanks for all the feedback.. I looked at the E-bay Site, Man they sell alot of items.
