welcome to the darkside //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif lol. and OP once again, wire each sub to each amp and they will see plenty of power. those kx amps do rated and then some usually. i love mine and wont get rid of it ever. putting one amp on each woofer wont hurt the sub if you leave your gain down and build the right box.
Well my current setup has one sub to each amp, but i forgot to wire the subs properly. They were wired for 2 subs at 1ohm final. I havent rewired them, since one of the subs is getting repaired lol

I've got you both beat. I have one of each...
Unless you are using to turn your bass off when you have special passengers (gfs, family, etc), you do not need a bass knob in your vehicle at all. Set your gains and don't touch them. That's not a 'play with it to get a bit more when I'm demoing' knob, it's much more often a 'I just fried my subs' knob when used incorrectly.
i actually have both silver ones, but i may not use the second one after all.
