If you just really want to fuse it I would put in a 150 since your alt is throwing out 120, you dont want it to blow and you not have a charging system for however long it takes to get a new one

A lot of newer cars are actually running the alternator to battery wire through the PDC, and is often fused. IMO its not worth it, just make sure your connections are tight, and check it a couple days after the install to make sure its tight.
