Think back four years, and do you say, "****, that was a long time ago!" or "****, that felt like yesterday!"

I think back 4 years and I can't even remember it-- it felt like forever... and thinking ahead four years feels like it's gunna be even longer.

Any perspectives on time?

In 4 years...

I'll have gone to Iraq, probably several times.

I'll have graduated college

I'll have gotten married

I'll have started my own family

and i'll legally be able to drink.

Thats a lot to me. It'll seem like forever

And im only 20
If you don't mind me asking, did you go to College? And if so, do you think time kind of sped up in College?

I'm in my first semester, and it's been going pretty quick so far. Weeks tend to just melt by.

But, still, four years feels like forever.

How do you plan on going to a war and graduating college, not to mention meeting a girl that will put up with your shiit, and bare your spawn?

I went to a university when I was 18, came back after a first semester. And wasted away at a cc for 2 years.

I think it'll go by faster than you think. The only part about college to me that didnt/doesnt go by fast was/is the work.

Hell, i still really have 4 more years to go //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

ya college seems to speed things up. high school felt like forever. now, like you said, the weeks are melting away.

It flies by... You'll be looking back before you know it and think where did my 20's go... Where did my 30's go. Unless something significant happens in a certain year they kind of all blend together.

once you have kids, you wont beleive how fast time goes by. My oldest is now 7 and it feels like last week we were sitting in the hospital waiting for the birth. What really helps is when you like your job. My weeks FLY by, and before I know it... its the weekend once again.

Yeah after getting into college the years fly by. I cant believe Im in my 3rd year already.....its weird to think about. Im pretty sure Ive wasted the last 3 years of my life //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Bah, 3 more yrs of school to go...

i'm graduating highschool with an associates degree through my local community college. so i've only got another 60 credit hours to get my bachelors in computer science.

I've met the girl, and we're well on our way. And i'm in the army reserve. So i'll go eventually.
