A good description of your layout would really help. How many amps, how many batteries, etc? What type of alternator.

i think you'll be fine, i was running 6000 wrms with 1 run lol

15 foot run with 2 feet of grounds, 3500 watts all in 0 gauge = a 0.703 volt loss

wattage doesnt matter as much as current

3000 rms is roughly 214 amps @14 volts

4 9a31 batteries,1 9a34 under hood,big 3 in 1/0,mla module,250 amp alternator.

I just bought some 4/0 but it looks like too much hassle by the time I find fuses,buy the lugs etc.

I was hoping to just do 1 run per amp and be done with it. I am hoping to lose the least amount of current/voltage as possible.

I would say the run will be about 8 feet to the batteries the another 4 foot or so to the amp. So around 12-15 foot run with 3 fuses on each run.

By the way, 3500 was a worse case scenerio. That's why I asked. I like overkill.
