ipod to HU via aux input

i will be getting a jvc kd shx850. it has an aux input , would i be able to hook up an ipod to it?

yea, but you will have to control the ipod from the ipod - it's so three years ago.

the volume too? how il the sq be, does it still sound the sam as when you play a cd? also do you know where i can get one or whats it called?

yes, although you will have a dual volume control, it will not sound the same at all, CD will be far superior.

The only way to get ipod to sound decent is to use a direct connect, a lot of manufacturers have them, alpine's works great, plug in the ipod and control it through the HU

i personally like controlling the ipod from the actual ipod, helps me scroll through songs and what not a lot quicker
