Alright, so everyone says inverting your subs dosent matter, it will sound exactly the same as if it wasent inverted, well whoever said that is completely wrong. I inverted my subs today and theyre QUIETER then they were normal style, but seem to be punchier, more accurate if that makes any sense? Theyre definately quieter though and dont seem to hammer the low lows as well

No, my amp does not have the option of reversing polarity so im playing it normally except inverted and it definately makes a difference

its in a sealed box actually, not ported, and its alot quieter, dosent hit the lows as good, but sounds punchier? i beleive it is

and do i reverse polarity or not

Go try it and let us know //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

hmmmm....if you turn both subs around , you should not need to wire em out of phase. if you turn only one around then only one of the subs needs wired out of phase.
X3

are they sealed up as good inverted as they were normally ?
