Intriguing Subwoofer Hum

I recently switched to a Boss amp and 10" Kickers; my car has gained a strangely provoked loop-type hum. It came with a Pioneer system that operates fine; however the subwoofers, regardless of the gain setting on the amp, pick up a loud loop hum as the trunk of my G5 nears shutting, swelling from first a dim sound to a very powerful, ~100+dB SPL; I've also noticed slight hums arising from things such as small bumps and cracks on roadways. This problem didn't exist before I purchased the Boss amp, but at the same time it didn't start immediately. I've tried sanding down the chassis where the amp is grounded as the store that helped install the system didn't do the best job, but that yielded no results. The gain knob effects the intensity of the loop hum, but attenuated to its lowest setting does not cause the effect to yield. The fact that the trunk nearing close and being fully closed triggering it is what bewilders me, but I feel like this could be some sort of pointed towards what the problem is. Any thoughts or suggestions?
