Were you aware of the compensation? benefits if any. . . . . vacation/sick time, co-workers, what kind of enviorment it is, ask about thier company.. .. just like that to show your interest.

Coming from a rater's perspective when hiring employees, the question regarding "do you have any questions?" is to make sure you have an understanding of what the job entails or what goes on where you work at whether its policies, break time, etc. If you can't think of anything just tell let them know that you don't have any questions you can think of and they did a good job explaining the job duties, etc. You can also mention (if you know you have the job) that if you have any questions that do come to your mind later that you will address the questions to them.
