That's essentially "lying on your resume" and you can guarantee that you will not get hired for doing this. Trust me, I hear this stuff all day long working next to my organization's Director...she does the hiring/firing.- Don't mention that you worked there before *at all* but tell them you had experience working at a similar job
Best advice i have heard in a long time......If they bring it up just say you were young and trying to do to much at once. Give reasons why you would be better for the job now and able to be a reliable person.
