interior lights. problem

Well my interior lights wont shut off in my 1994 jeep grand cherokee. So i had to pull them out so it wouldnt run down the battery. I was told that a wire is probly touching it or something is crossed. Has anyone had this problem? if so how did u fix it?

Did you recently do something to the wiring? Follow your steps backward until you come accross something loose or disconnected.

no it just started randomly, does anyone know how this problem could be fixed or were the problem could be at?
