Ok...the I know there is a solution to this, just my mind is so fried right know I can't think of it.... I have device "A" to turn on "A" i want to have to have power coming from 2 sources i.e...

"c" sends power to "a"= nothing

"b" sends power to "a"=nothing

"b&c" sends power to "a"=a turns on

Make Since??? Should be able to do this with relays right?

im assuming you dont actually "need" power from both sources to power "A". is it possible to power it with either "B" or "C"? if so, you should be able to run the power from "B" to activate the relay (across 85 and 86) and use the power from "C" across 30 and 87 to send to "A". nothing will power "A" unless both "B" and "C" are on. if neither device ("B" or "C") can actually power "A", you will need another relay that is triggered by the above one and uses a seperate 12v circuit.

thats probably very confusing...sorry. go to http://www.bcae1.com and scroll down to "relays" for more info/diagrams.

oh, and im assuming youre using a bosch style relay. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

have relay 1 powered by souce B activate the ground to relay 2's coil. Relay 2's coil gets + power from source C. Output of relay 2 sending power to A.

Summary: Relay 2 needs ground connection from relay 1 (signal from souce B) and + connection from source C. If both are active, A get's connection. Either ground, +, NO, NC as needed.

I just read SPLEclipse's solution. basically the same concept.
