integrate w/Acura factory system setup

I guess let me rephase my question:

I am looking for a 4-ch amp, ch 1-2 will be feed 5.25" component, ch 3-4 bridged to a single 10" sub. I am looking for 75W x 2 + ~500W x 1. Now is every 4-ch capable of doing this? or only amp specifically states "4/3/2" operation?

Also, if anyone have the MRV-F545, can you tell me if it has high level inputs? Some website say yes, but couldn't verify it on alphine website.
