6.5s are very capable of playing a well rounded rear fill application of midbass. Also wouldnt break the bank on some of em. I think even a set of SLs would put a bit of a grin on your face.

For 'loudness' or 'bass' no. For overall clarity? Yes

Get it out? Or cover it up? You do need to mount a board in there somewhere to mount the amp to. DO Not mount the amp directly to metal.

I know, but that ski pass sticks out a good 3 inches from the seat. It will have to go if the amp is going to go on the back of the seat regardless.

well, not if you put 4 legs off the piece of wood you mount the amp to, like a sideways table if you will..

kinda like a floating amp rack, but that'd take up some space. try to get rid of it
