Install Price For Full System?

I may be getting a 1999 Ford Windstar as a project vehicle, and due to time constraints I'm considering having a professional install my stereo. Here's what all would be going in:

1 Pioneer DEH-P6700MP

2 Dayton Reference 6" 4ohm drivers in the doors

2 Aura tweeters in the A-pillars

1 Profile HA600 2-Channel Amplifier

1 Pioneer GM-3000T 2-Channel Amplifier

1 US Amps AX1000 or equivalent

1 Profile Electronic Crossover

I would not have them install a subwoofer, I would be doing that myself. Does anyone know what it would cost to have all this installed at different places (e.g. Best Buy vs. dedicated car audio chains vs. local shops)? I really want to do it all myself but I don't know if I'll be able.

Why not a 4 channel instead of two 2 channels and the outboard crossover

I don't think many shops install DIY gear, and if they do, it wouldn't be cheap.

What part of Missouri are you from? I also live in Missouri and could possibly do the install but i would have to see what i am getting into and if you don't live too far I could give an estimate. I don't usually install for people i don't know but i could make an exception.

I already have the two 2-channels and the crossover, they're from previous installs. What exactly is "not cheap?" I've never dealt with a shop before, I've always gone DIY.

Florissant, which is in the North County of St. Louis. Do you have even a ballpark figure?

I install for a local shop in Georgia and i can tell you something that size would cost you north of $300 plus supplies.

honestly dude... do it yourself.

all you need for the HU is a dash kit, wiring harness and solder. take the dash apart.. pull the old crap out, put the new crap in, put the dash back together.

if you can install a sub you can install that other stuff...

i'd be able to do it in 4 or 5 hours working solo *shrugs*

I think thatkidbob is right. Fords are some of the easiest vehicles to do installs in. The head unit should only take you about 30 mins to do.
