i think someone on here can make mdf baffles for you, but try it yourself and have some fun! unless you don't have the tools of course. i'm not sure about the carpet though.

I and many others can make baffles depending on what you need. I don't know of any commercial sites that sell them.

As far as carpet goes, you can go to http://www.selectproducts.com and get a nice markup on the same carpet and upholstery products that you can get at http://www.yourautotrim.com for much less.

selectproducts also has baffles, rings. etc. pretty much everything you need custom wise.

but its cheeper to make that stuff your self.
