Install JVC JW-NSX1 to passat b6

Hi all,

First post to the forum, please be gentle.

I recently purchased a passat b6 and it has the stock (crap) rcd300 in it.

I've gone and bought a JVC NSX1 that i can hopefully link upto my android phone and use its sat nav.

So onto the install. Figure that I need a new fascia and an aerial amplifier, do i need the iso connector or an iso connector with canbus adapater? I don't have a steering wheel with controls.

Do you guys think that installation kits are any good?
