Install in LR3?

I haven't been on this site in a long time but I am itching to upgrade my car's stereo system sometime soon, and with Christmas coming up I can't think of a better time to do so.

However I am running into problems trying to find people who have upgraded car audio stuff in their Land Rover LR3's.

Has anyone ever worked on one or could link me to diagrams or anything that would help.

I am happy with my Harman Kardan system but would like to at least add a sub/amp and possibly a new headunit.

any help would be great!
