Install help!!!

Okay I just got my new alpine 9835 for my car and have it up and running but there's one promblem:crap:

the radio is not goin in flush because theres an metal piece thats in the way so the radio can go in all the way..i have no idea how to take it out

my car is a 92 buick regal

get a flashlight and look in to see what the metal is, if its not doing anything use a hammer on it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif or cut it out with a hack saw or tin snips.

Can you get any pictures of it???

If it isn't a crucial piece, Might try cutting it out with a saws-all. But I wouldn't do it if it might mess up the structural integrity of the car.

yea wat i was doing was getting some pliers and bendin the hell out of it but if i had a sawzaw i can easily get it off..its just a pain in the *** though
